About

Anna is a Delaware local.  Her love for baking began in high school.  She began baking at Back Burner restaurant in Hockessin, DE.  After high school, her formal training took place at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she received her diploma in baking and pastry.  She has worked at a few restaurants and bakeries since graduating from school in Philly.  After graduation she worked for Jose Garces at JG Domestic and Termini Bros Bakery.  When she moved back to Delaware she settled in at a job at Pizza by Elizabeths where she remained for almost 10 years as a pastry chef/ manager.  After having Sophie in February of 2021, she decided to open her own business from home in hopes of one day opening a shop locally.  Now she gets to do both things that she loves most in the world.  Be a mom and bake beautiful creations!  Anna is serv-safe certified and has her cottage food license.  All products are made with fresh ingredients and she runs seasonal specials year round .
